I love being a dog trainer because I get to work with all kinds of dogs and their owners. Our method is a little different from most dog trainers because our focus is on training you, the owner, because after all you'll probably be spending ten years or more with your precious pooch. I have always loved dogs, however I did not always know how to train them. Growing up, I had a German Shepherd named Lobo. I played so rough with him that none of my friends wanted to come around because I had turned him into a mean dog. I thought that yelling at him was the right way to disciple him. Boy was I wrong! Thankfully I have learned a much better way. I now know how to work with dogs in a gentle and calm manner that really brings great results.
I have been certified through the Dog Trainer Academy, created by "Doggy Dan" who has trained & helped over 80,000 dogs through his method, the Dog Calming Code.
His Dog Trainer Academy provides a comprehensive & thorough understanding of how to establish yourself as a dog trainer using his "5 Golden Rules" of dog training. Using this methodology you are able to see results without the use of force or aggression and without relying on food as the motivation. Transformative Board and Train Services for Your Pooch: Personalized Training, Socialization, and Comprehensive Care.
We offer board and train services in our home. Your dog will have the opportunity to work one on one with us multiple times a day and have plenty of opportunity to socialize with other dogs. We will work on obedience training, helping him learn how to be calm, potty training if needed, leash training and any other goals you may have for your pooch.
We provide pick up and return home. Throughout your dog's stay we will send you pictures and videos to update you on their progress.
Upon return we will provide you with comprehensive owner education going over everything your dog has learned and teaching you our Five Golden Rules so that you can continue to work with your pooch.
